MEDIATION
Starting at $750
Whether you need someone to work with you and another person to solve a legal problem, are a person involved in litigation, or are an attorney looking for someone new to mediate your case, we offer mediation services tailored to your needs. DUI DEFENSE
$2500 to $6000
We represent clients on misdemeanor DUI charges for a flat fee. The fee for a first offense DUI or DUI Per Se is generally $2500 with higher fees for second and third offenses, aggravated DUIs, and DUI charges that involve an accident or multiple citations. WILLS & ESTATE PLANNING
$650 for individuals
$975 for couples
With our comprehensive estate planning package, we will prepare for you (and your spouse/partner) a last will and testament, financial and healthcare powers of attorney, an advanced healthcare directive (living will), and related documents. The flat fee includes all meetings and communications, document preparation and revisions, and a final meeting to sign the documents. BUSINESS FORMATION & REGISTERED AGENT SERVICES
$750 for LLC formation, includes filing fees
$350 annually for registered agent services, includes annual registration fees
Pricing for other services depends on services provided
With our LLC formation package, we meet with you to discuss your needs and then prepare and file all documents necessary to form a limited liability company so you can start your business. For a flat fee paid annually, we will serve as your LLC's registered agent and ensure all reports required by the Montana Secretary of State are timely filed. * The flat fees above assume representation in Missoula County. A higher flat fee may be charged for representation outside Missoula County, and for representation that requires travel regardless of whether the case is filed in Missoula County. We will quote you any additional fees before you hire us.
* We strive to offer flat fees when possible. However, the nature of some matters requires representation at an hourly rate. We will discuss this with you during your initial consultation. That said, you will find our hourly rates are substantially lower than those of most other firms.
